Лиофилизация мужских гамет сельскохозяйственных животных и птиц: достижения, проблемы, перспективы

Аннотация
В настоящее время самым распространенным способом для длительного хранения репродуктивных клеток сельскохозяйственных животных и птиц является технология криоконсервации, которая предполагает хранение образцов в условиях сверхнизких температур. Однако значительные затраты на сохранность образцов и их транспортировку снижают показатели экономической эффективности метода. Лиофилизированная сперма может храниться при положительных температурах, и не требует для этого специального оборудования. На данный момент известно, что протоколы лиофилизации позволяют сохранять целостность хроматина сперматозоидов и факторы, детерминирующие активацию ооцитов у грызунов и млекопитающих, а метод интрацитоплазматической инъекции сперматозоида в яйцеклетку (ИКСИ) открывает возможность и перспективы использования «делиофилизированных» мужских гамет в репродуктивных технологиях. В статье представлен обзор литературы по проблеме сохранения спермы сельскохозяйственных животных в состоянии ангидробиоза. Описана история появления метода сублимационной сушки биологических образцов, проблемы предшествующих технологических этапов у разных видов сельскохозяйственных животных, резюмируются достижения и обозначаются тренды технологии лиофилизации мужских гамет животных
